Ben Schreurs
Ben brings over two decades of deep industry expertise across underwriting, and sales/distribution leadership, with a remarkable track record of building strong partnerships and delivering strategic growth. Most recently, Ben served as VP of Sales and Distribution at weSure Digital Insurance, where he launched the agency distribution model in the US from the ground up, growing it to 400 agents and $4.5M in premium in just 18 months.
Before that, Ben spent 20 years at Nationwide Insurance, progressing through a variety of leadership roles, including Commercial Lines Sales Director – National Team, Sales and Distribution Manager, and Commercial Underwriting Manager. His accomplishments there included developing strategic agency interaction models, building high-performing sales teams, and spearheading underwriting initiatives.
